Naida M. Parson, Ph.D.
President & CEO
President & CEO
Dr. Naida M. Parson holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Black Studies from the University of California, Riverside. She has also earned a Master of Arts Degree in African-American Studies with an emphasis in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles as well as a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno. In addition to pastoring two church sites, she is the founder and CEO of ACS Community Center and ACS Community Development Corporation.

Tiffany Trass is a Higher Education Campus Solutions Consultant with VB Consulting Services who specializes in university systems and business process re-engineering and training. She has a bachelors degree in English and a Masters degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Operations Management.

Keith L. Calhoun, II
Achievement Center Director
Keith is a native of Las Vegas, NV. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. From 2015-2018 Keith worked for CCSD at Desert Pines High School, teaching 11th Grade English as well as Marine Corps JROTC. Currently he is the Achievement Director of Antioch Community Services. As Director Keith provides tutoring services in math, science, reading, writing, SAT/ACT Prep and test taking practice for all grade levels and multiple college courses. Services are private and tailored to each individual student’s needs and learning styles and set at a pace that provides the most optimal chance of academic improvement and mastery. Keith has a passion for working with the youth of Las Vegas and helping them to find their purpose. His life goal is to create an academy that specializes in teaching life skills and trades to the youth of this city.
